Soren H. Jacobsen, DDS

Dr. Jacobsen is a highly experienced clinician with over 36 years of practicing high quality, advanced dental procedures. He has taught thousands of dentists in many capacities and keeps on the forefront of practical dental advances.

His vast experience allows him to draw upon his knowledge to quickly resolve many dental challenges. Dr. Jacobsen puts his patients first by always doing what is best for them regardless of personal gain. His patients feel at ease due to his calm demeanor and reassuring personality.

Dr. Jacobsen has donated his time and been involved with CR Foundation as a member of the Board of Directors, a Project Director and a Clinical Evaluator.

Dr. Jacobsen graduated with a BA from UCLA, DDS cum laude from UCLS, FAGD, he is a Life member of ADA as well as several other associations including, AGD, California Dental Association and Utah Dental Association. Dr. Jacobsen has been married 44 years and he and his wife are the parents of 6 children.
