We deliver high quality care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Full payment for our initial consultation is required at time of service. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff, they are well informed and up-to-date.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will inform you of the estimated coverage your insurance will normally pay so you are able to pay the remaining balance at the time of service.
